How enquiries work

The RFQ form on this website prepares an email in your browser. It does not submit information or documents to a website server. If you choose to send the prepared message, your email service transmits it to our business mailbox. You must attach any technical documents manually in your email service.

We use the information you send by email to review and respond to your enquiry, clarify requirements and manage any subsequent correspondence.

Service providers and technical data

This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical access and security information to operate and protect the site. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Your own email provider also processes messages you send. The website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without using the enquiry form. Please avoid sending confidential information unless you are comfortable sharing it by email. To ask about accessing, correcting or deleting information in your correspondence, contact [email protected]. We will review requests under applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.

Online document upload and automatic server-side RFQ submission are not active. If enabled in future, this notice will need to be updated to explain those processing activities.
